While there I saw something that I thought could or would cause liability issues for the dealership, so as a courtesy I called the Service Manager to make him aware of the issue so he could deal with it as he saw appropriate. I was assured that not only would he be made aware of my call via e-mail but that a note would be placed on his desk. Guess it's not important to them so I'm certainly not going to worry about it.
