The price was prenegotiated and the staff was helpful, professional and personable. We first dealt with Jacob Novak, who took us on our test drive and answered all our questions. He arranged for installation of some extras we wanted. Then, Brandon Bowman in Finance got us an even lower rate on financing than we had available from our bank. When we came back to pick up our car, Josh went over the key fob features with us and then Scott gave us a great run down of all the electronics in the vehicle. How much? Let’s face it, dealerships are not known for low cost repairs and this was no different. I just use you because I hope you will fix it right the first Let’s face it, dealerships are not known for low cost repairs and this was no different. I just use you because I hope you will fix it right the first time...this seems to be the case so far, so yeah. What dragged this down for me was having a tire rotation added to my service request, that I never requested and then had it not been for my reminding Ivan the I knew that when I purchased four tires from Honda (it’s right there on your computer) I was not going to be charged for the service for the life of the tires??? Little thing, but if I’m gonna pay dealership service prices, I expect to have Honda expertise and not to have added costs placed on my bill...you can see I choose you for my service (despite being told by others not to) so it would make me feel valued as a loyal customer, if you would take time to listen to what service I ask for and follow through with any of the extended services you’ve promised.
