July 2018, Prior to going to dealership I called and informed them about the vehicles I was interested in. When I arrived the vehicle I had come for was gone. They told me to come back in an hour, and I did still no vehicle. I left and came back 3 times before the vehicle arrived. I spent 6 hours of my day there. After I did purchase the vehicle on the way home a windshield wiper fell off in the rain of a 28k dollar Honda Pilot. I contacted the dealership about this incident and they did not give a solution. Service DAVID WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE TECH. PAUL WORKED FOR OVER 2 HOURS TO GET THE PHONE WORKING AGAIN SINCE IT WORKED FINE BEFORE THE KEY WAS PROGRAMMED AND T DAVID WAS VERY HELPFUL. THE TECH. Great quick service I had a 1pm appt for a 5,000 mile checkup. I arrived on time and they jumped right to it and had my truck in service quickly.
