Not ready I went in to trade my car test drove one car negotiated and signed everything pretty quickly. They only had 1 car and sub model of the car I wanted on I went in to trade my car test drove one car negotiated and signed everything pretty quickly. They only had 1 car and sub model of the car I wanted on the lot so It was very talked up obviously. I was told the car had many more features than it really did. At the time of the test drive nothing worked. The salesmen we were with told me they were working on my car they sent us in a loaner so we could eat. We left for 2 hours and get a call that my car never made it back to service and we would have to pick it up 2 days later even though I was told it was already back there being worked on. I picked it up and realized the car had nothing the salesmen told me it did and confronted him about it and all he said was sorry that’s a different model knowing he got the sale out of us for more money than we wanted to spend. More
