Too long of a wait for an oil change We had an appointment at 8:20 for an oil change. It took 1hr 40 minutes to have this service completed. So, although, I was promised my car to be done same day it was impossible to pick up. I also picked employees names in the survey because it was impossible to snap without picking names.
