The price was prenegotiated and the staff was helpful, professional and personable. We first dealt with Jacob Novak, who took us on our test drive and answered all our questions. He arranged for installation of some extras we wanted. Then, Brandon Bowman in Finance got us an even lower rate on financing than we had available from our bank. When we came back to pick up our car, Josh went over the key fob features with us and then Scott gave us a great run down of all the electronics in the vehicle.
