Fast clean convenient I was kept well informed thoughout my stay about the status of my vehicle. Bagels, popcorn, coffee and tea were available. High pressure I returned to this dealership because my previous experience was easy, quick, and enjoyable. There was ZERO pressure. This time, however, complete opp I returned to this dealership because my previous experience was easy, quick, and enjoyable. There was ZERO pressure. This time, however, complete opposite. I started with one gentleman, was immediately given to another(that got my info from my earlier inquiry). By the end of everything, I had worked with/spoke to 4 different men!! I felt very pressured, anxious, and disrespected. I gave my keys to the salesman so he could appraise it. I never got them back!! I was never even given my out the door price, when they were sending the new purchase off to detail. I was incredibly intimidated, and frankly, embarrassed to ask for my keys back. Honestly, the ONLY reason I ended up making the sale, was because of the finance manager I worked with, Ryan. He took the time to educate me, explained the process and the deal itself. I walked into his office about to have anxiety attack. But, left feeling much more relaxed. I love my new car, but am very unhappy as to how I got it. I will not only not recommend this dealership, I will not return for another vehicle. More
