Your pricing needs to be competitive with surrounding businesses like tire kingdom wall mart and Napa auto service. The pricing I got from Honda was almost 2k with everything they say needed done. I called around got all my service done at a competitor for just under 1200. That’s tires, brakes (front and bake), power steering flush, alignment, brake fluid and wipers. So I saved 800 bucks going less than a mile down the road. The service I received that day was great but the cost is what drives me. Jamie was amazing kept me informed and made sure I was happy. Will keep her in mind for the next service More
