Basem Metwally was a great person to deal with purchasing a vehicle for my daughter. He was willing to listen to our daughters needs and them helped her find what she needed. Have had my used 2023 Kia Soul with 24,000 miles on it for 2 weeks and the AC quit working. It is still under factory warranty but the dealership won’t service the repair telling me to take it to their H for 2 weeks and the AC quit working. It is still under factory warranty but the dealership won’t service the repair telling me to take it to their Hyundai dealership and it could be serviced there. The Hyundai dealership they sent me to (because it was part of their group) also said they couldn’t service it and it would have to go to a Kia dealership. Not expected or appreciated with a car under warranty and have only had for 2 weeks. If you are going to buy a used car here you should make sure it’s one that they will service or you have a dealer close to you that you can take your car to. This is our second car from this dealer. Would probably buy again but have NO expectations from the service department at either dealership in their group. Has made for a VERY unpleasant experience. More
The sales man was great, the initial manager was friendly, the initial finance gentleman was helpful, but the person the presented as the “finance manager” is the most unprofessional and rude human friendly, the initial finance gentleman was helpful, but the person the presented as the “finance manager” is the most unprofessional and rude human being I have ever encountered. The only reason I left that night with a vehicle was because my daughter really wanted the vehicle. The price was good, the vehicle itself is worth what we paid for it, and we have been happy with it so far. However, my only regret buying there is having dealt with Ryan. He’s a horrible representation for that dealership. I shared my experience with co-workers (as I was referred by one) and not surprisingly they had poor experiences there as well. The person that referred me must not have had the displeasure of dealing with Ryan. He needs customer service training or a hearing aide because yelling at customers the moment you walk into an office is not the way to conduct business. I’m sure he’ll have something to say about our interaction, but you can ask the other finance gentleman as he was in the room when the bank rep that was on speaker phone apologized to me for how I was treated and congratulated me for standing my ground when I had to tell Ryan he wasn’t going to continue to talk to me like trash. Great car, great price, great personnel except for Ryan! More

What a wonderful experience. We came in wanting to look at a family car we've had our eye on at other dealers. SEEING the car in person was our only goal. However with nothing to put down, and the thought that it wouldn't be budget friendly, we were ready to leave. This is when Brandon Regaldo came in, and convinced us that this store would and could do everything to try to make it happen for us. SO, we let them run the numbers. Almost two hours were then spent by Rafael Calleja and his phenomenal manager, Alejandro Mora, doing everything they could to make the numbers make sense for us. These two truly spent so much of their time for OUR benefit. In the end, we were able to leave with a new car for our growing family. WHAT?? Go here. Send your family here. Send your friends here.
