Disappointed in the dealer fees. They do a bait and switch on you by getting you to come in for a car you see online and then telling you it was already sold. Then, they get you interested in another one of their vehicles that is $4000-5000 more, but they promise you that they can get you down to the payments you tell them you are looking at....with NO downpayment. Once in Finance and they've already run your credit a number of times to drop your credit score, they then refuse to work with you on getting the payments you were promised they could get you to. On top of that, they charge to $2600 for the "Honda Advantage", which is basically a high-priced detailing. I emailed Ernie Sims directly (his email is plastered all over the walls of the dealership). I did not expect him to reach out to me personally...but he did and he got the Finance department to work with me and get me down to my payments I expected. So, that is a HUGE positive for Mr Sims, that he actually cared about 1 sale and called in to get them to work it out. Then, when I got the vehicle, I noticed they did not do a good detailing. For $2600, I was expecting the best detailing job I've ever seen. There were streaks of cleaning fluid on the hood and inside the back. So, I brought it back in for them to do a better detailing job. While in service at Honda of Fort Myers, I was very impressed with my service manager, Colin Quigley. He also showed that he cared. He had them check it over and told me the tires were needing to be replaced....just days after I bought the car. He told me they were lower than their standard, so they must have not had a chance to look at them before they sold me the car. Their management did agree to pay for 3 of my tires if I'd pay for the 4th tire...so I went with their compromise. Driving it home with brand new tires, I noticed it pulling to the right. I told them and they had me bring it in for an alignment. The next day after the alignment, I was driving it home and it was still pulling to the right. So, they agreed to have me come in for a SECOND alignment. After TWO alignments, it was still pulling to the right and the reports they showed me from those alignments showed that the numbers were still not perfectly centered. They told me to take it to a Chevy dealership because whatever is causing it to pull to the right would have to be under warranty...as it was not because of the alignment. I took it to Victory Layne Chevrolet and they told me the alignments done at Honda were not helpful and then proceeded to have a THIRD alignment done on my car. After the THIRD alignment, it's still pulling to the right slightly....so they spoke with GM's Warranty Dept, who advised that they would need to install adjustable cambers to fix the problem and that is NOT under warranty. It's crazy to me that a dealership can sell a car with tires so low they need to be replaced and then they do two alignments on the car and it still doesn't have a perfect alignment report. Their management has at least tried to make things right along the way....but the workmanship in their shop and the sleezy tactics their salespeople use to sell cars makes this a huge negative experience. If you wish to buy a car through them, be ready to have to work your way up to the very top to try and get what you need to have done with whatever you purchase from them. More

Promised me a price on a used vehicle and when I returned next day the price was increased and they would not honor the price from previous day. Wanted to pay cash for the vehicle and was told that the new price quoted would only be given to me if I financed I did not want to finance and when I refused the price went up another 2 thousand dollars I was adamant about not wanting to finance but I felt pressured into doing that to get a fair price and one that I was quoted. I was told that they didn't make any money for a cash sale. Ishould have walked out of the dealership but it was late and I just wanted the deal done. Also they would not give me the car at that time due to not being able to verify insurance. (Which I did very easily early the next morning) disgusted with this dealership and would never buy another car there or recommend More
