Lack of communication on getting the best deal. They hurried my husband and I into a sell. We spent over 4 hours there on a Saturday and had to come back on a Thursday for another 2 hrs. Everything was great right up to the point that I signed the contract. It took hours for me to get the car from detailing. I want to thank Rafael for getting me a full tank of gas the day after which he said I shouldn’t get a full tank of gas because its an used vehicle, however I financed 58k and didn’t even get a second key. I want to thank the gentleman in parts, who was able to get me a second key fob, however I had to pat for the programming. I was also interested in purchasing or leasing a second vehicle but received no response from salesman. Just, yesterday I had some questions about the financing and I guess the receptionist was having a bad day because she gave me an attitude and wouldn’t transfer me to finance. However, I want to thank the gentleman that reached back to me and answer all my questions, I just wished I catch his name. So over all the experience wasn’t horrible, but I just felt a sense of emptiness and disconnect from the dealership as soon as I signed the purchasing contract, so that if I could take the deal back I would.
