Basem communicated well, explained everything well and was very professional. He handled the paperwork efficiently and offered his number should we have any questions about features of the vehicle. My on was very professional. He handled the paperwork efficiently and offered his number should we have any questions about features of the vehicle. My only negative was a price increase due to vehicle options. I was originally quoted a price for a Passport with navigation, which the car I ended up with does not have. The final price for my lease per month increased $15 for options I did not need. Should be a trade off without navigation. More
