Purchased a car at Honda of Fort Myers on 5/10. I turned in my leased vehicle from another dealership and was promised they would pay the payoff quote before my next car payment was due. Well, they I turned in my leased vehicle from another dealership and was promised they would pay the payoff quote before my next car payment was due. Well, they have been in possession of my Nissan since 5/10 and they have not made the payment and now my account with Nissan is past due. Finance manager, Arlex, texted me and said “It takes 30 days to affect your credit so you will be fine”. I call Honda Fort Myers multiple times a day and no one returns calls. Beware before turning in a vehicle here. It’s almost impossible to speak to anyone. More
