Oscar Castaneda was amazing and helpful, he went above and beyond, I will look for him when buying my next car. The additional charges and especially the tracker and remote shutdown anti-theft device c and beyond, I will look for him when buying my next car. The additional charges and especially the tracker and remote shutdown anti-theft device charge was quite high and unnecessary, that part could have been more professionally handled. In the end device was shut down and I wasn't charged but it leaves an uneasy feeling as the car is not safe and easy to steal. For a reasonable price anti-theft might be a viable option but it would be best to present Honda's as being safe and hard to steal so customers are happy and come back again. Overall, I am happy, and I will come back to get a hybrid CRV @ 2026 if nothing crazy happens. Again, big thanks to Oscar, he's the reason I stuck around to finish the purchase because I was quite upset when his manager pushed too hard for the additional charges that wasn't listed in the price online and I was blindsided in the dealership. Oscar presented them professionally and if he had also pushed for those for a longer time, I probably wouldn't have bought the car. He had great judgement of my limits.
