My sales rep (Kevin Medel) was one of the most genuinely helpful people I've ever come across and hands down was solely responsible for making my experience buying a car with Honda Downtown LA a good one. helpful people I've ever come across and hands down was solely responsible for making my experience buying a car with Honda Downtown LA a good one. Recommend doing your homework on insurance before hand as I was charged over $200USD by the agent within the dealership as a broker fee to sign me up (essentially half of what the policy costs in the first place). Didn't even give me paperwork describing the policy that was signed up to apart from the receipt and an insurance card with a policy number. Main reason I left the rating close to 50/50. More
