Started my process with Internet sales Jesse Israel who made my wife and me feel welcomed from the start. We were then introduced to our sales rep. who ended up being Roberto Sanchez. Roberto made the whole buying process feel hassle free. My wife and I, came in and explained that we were trading in a 2020 HR-V, and were very interested in the 2024 Accord Touring. Roberto worked with the finance department to get us the best deal that we felt comfortable with. The trade-in process was super easy as well. We got the vehicle we wanted and the process was easy once again. This is our third honda from Honda of DTLA and we plan to continue our nusiness here. More
