Im very grateful to the hard working people at DTLA Honda, for their sincere kindness. Jacqueline was on top of her game and her hustle, and allow me to drive off with a Brand New Used Car. She took Honda, for their sincere kindness. Jacqueline was on top of her game and her hustle, and allow me to drive off with a Brand New Used Car. She took a giant leap of faith. I wish I could've given her a Great Big Handshake. We did cruise three blocks of the Barrio. Meant a lot to me. The relationships we create, even if they only last a few hours. Also to Julio. Thanks for not being a Juan or Jose. Even if your name is close to that. Nostalgia hit the better if ya both. We realized how far we've come to not being our parents. (No disrespect). Believe it or not, all of this written testimony to whomever reads it. Because I decided to purchase a car. Not just any car. A car that is reliable, useful, attractive, a good reputation, even if used. An American establishment of good quality and engineering. Built to last forever (a bit exaggerated, but sounds good) for the hard working people whom are forgotten. What kinda Car could reach an individual's heart and soul (kinda dramatic) such passion, and creativity, and then post it on a phone screen, then send it to a lot of people I never, ever met in my life? This dealership, and it's workers, consists of men and women who will do anything to get the customer to pay the highest price on a vehicle. Without remorse, they will walk up to you with a smile and esse women who will do anything to get the customer to pay the highest price on a vehicle. Without remorse, they will walk up to you with a smile and essentially scam you out of the next 5-7 years of your life. Sitting in this car dealership for about 9 hours made me incredibly uncomfortable and unsure of how a car purchase would be on my own. I was raised being taught to trust people that I make business with, and this dealership has shown me otherwise. Jacqueline, the woman I reviewed earlier, is not the main source of my grievance. This grievance comes from a salesman named Ibby Mendoza. Ibby lied to our faces about the benefits that he was providing, after causing us much time and stress. To be completely clear, I understand now that it is every car salesmans' job to hike up the price no matter what, so there is no need to fire Ibby if countless others do the same. It still does not accept the things he has done though. I love Honda as a car, but I will most likely never come to this dealership again. Thank you for ruining my trust. More
