Missing Fletcher Jones - DO NOT BUY OR LEASE FROM HERE I will preface this review by saying (1) my review is not about the service department - I have never had any issues with the service department; and I will preface this review by saying (1) my review is not about the service department - I have never had any issues with the service department; and (2) I informed the manager of the dealer of my issues, and gave him forewarning that I would be writing online reviews, giving him the opportunity to respond. He did not respond, and it's been about 3 weeks. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER FOR YOUR LEASING AND PURCHASING NEEDS. When I initially leased my Honda Civic back in 2016, this dealer was owned by Fletcher Jones. I'd say I had a good experience with them. I co-leased with my boyfriend, and we decided to add (at an extra expense) the excessive wear and tear insurance. Mind you, this was something that Honda added to the lease, it was written in as an optional add-on. Nearly 3 years later, it's time to decide whether to purchase our car, lease a new car, or turn in our car and walk away. I initially went into the dealer (no longer owned by Fletcher Jones) to price out my options. I live/work/drive in the city, so I understood that the dents on my car were larger than a nickel - so they wouldn't be covered by the typical insurance included in my lease - but I had paid for the extra insurance, so I didn't think it would be a big deal. When I talked about my vehicle, Honda told me there was too much damage on my car and I would essentially owe Honda money if I turned in my car. I protested, asking about the additional insurance I purchased, and they feigned ignorance, claiming there was no such thing. They brought me to tears, and merely escorted me to the bathroom, making no other customer service efforts. I went home and did the research myself. I looked at my lease, tried to find the name of the company that provided the additional insurance, then contacted that insurance company to track down my policy (which - remember - Honda should have had this information). Ultimately, my boyfriend and I decided to purchase our car. We returned to Honda and eventually went through the loan process. For irrelevant reasons, the loan was only in my name. I asked about registration with Illinois and the license plate, and I was told that everything would be handled by Honda, and there would be no issues. Fast forward two months, and I get a letter from the Illinois Secretary of State that my license will be revoked because the name registration didn't match up - that is, the original license plate was in my boyfriend's name (for some reason mine wasn't on there), but now it was only in my name. I contacted Honda - the same employee who did the loan paperwork with me - but he was rude and told me it was my fault that this happened, and that I should have told him this would be an issue (not like it's his job to know, right?). So I try correcting the issue with the Secretary of State, by re-doing the registration, but no, the Secretary of State won't let me fix it because Honda is the lien-holder (due to the auto loan) and THEY must be the ones to correct it. Contact the guy at the dealer again, but he says it's out of his control, not something he deals with. I inform him that someone at Honda must be able to fix this, so he gives me the 800 number for Honda corporate. Contact them - they can't help, they say to go to the dealer. I protest that the dealer refused to help me, so they reach out to the dealer themselves. Turns out, there's someone at the dealer that specifically deals with titles and registration (imagine that). Then I talk to this guy, who tells me this should have been resolved at the loan signing. He makes some calls, then tells me to go get a new license plate for a $50 or so fee at the Secretary of State. I go back to the Secretary of State - and they're confused by the whole thing, admitting that Honda made mistakes. Long story short, the Sec of State agreed to make the whole thing go away when I provided my lease and loan documents - I think out of the kindness of their hearts and a lot of sympathy. I followed up with Honda to let them know how angry I was, and still haven't gotten a response. Hope this helps. More

Worst Dealer Ever In August of 2019, I purchased a used 2017 Audi Q7. First the price was $4000 more than what was advertised on line. I was told because I didn't wan In August of 2019, I purchased a used 2017 Audi Q7. First the price was $4000 more than what was advertised on line. I was told because I didn't want to put any money down that this was why the price increased. I decided to buy vehicle anyway. While paper work was being prepared I was told that they were doing a complete inspection and also changing the oil on the vehicle because I was purchasing an extended warranty even though the manufacturer warranty was still valid. I then inquired regarding the second key and was told buy the salesman that he would get the key from the previous owner. Of course never happened I called several times and my husband as well and he was then told that they would get a key from the Audi dealer but it would take two weeks. Called back in 2 weeks of course no key and then was told that I had to use the key warranty that was purchased but because the vehicle was used we had to wait 61 days in order to file a claim with the warranty company and then they would replace key. In the mean time on September 27 took the vehicle in for service because there was a smell of antifreeze at that time we were told that the water pump had to be replaced and also that the oil change was overdue. Luckily we were still within the manufacturer warranty so the water pump was replaced and the oil change was performed at no additional cost. I called last week after I attempted to file a claim with warranty company in order to get another key and was told because I didn't receive a second key originally that I could not receive one using the warranty and that I would have to purchase for about $500 bucks. I then call the dealership and asked to speak with the manager. The manager Ben Scribner got on the phone and said that he did not know anything about this although my husband and I called several times regarding this matter, and that he would check with the salesman Habeeb and contact my husband with a resolution. I told him that I would file a complaint with the BBB and he said that's fine because they have never had any and it didn't make a difference. As of today still no return call back and I am in the process of filing claim as we speak. MY ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND THEY WILL DECEIVE YOU IN ORDER TO MAKE A SALE, AND DON'T STICK TOTHEIR WORD. More
DO NOT LET THIS DEALERSHIP ROB YOU! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY, DON'T LET THIS DEALERSHIP ROB YOU. IF YOU CARE ABOUT BEING TREATED WELL AS A CUSTOMER, DON'T EVEN PASS BY THIS DEALERSHI IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY, DON'T LET THIS DEALERSHIP ROB YOU. IF YOU CARE ABOUT BEING TREATED WELL AS A CUSTOMER, DON'T EVEN PASS BY THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY ARE DEFINITELY RUINING HONDA'S REPUTATION! I had the worst car shopping experience this afternoon. I was checking on the new 2019 Honda Accord. I liked it. A salesman started interacting with me. When I was about to start asking a few questions, he took another phone call and had me wait 5 mins. Since he had started assisting me, the other sales folks couldn't even attempt to help me. When we were sitting at the desk for the pricing, they made me a lease offer for $700/month for a Honda Accord. Their advertised special on the website was around $215/month plus, tax, title, license and doc fee. When I said there must be something wrong, salesperson came back with another offer which was around $450/month. Then I asked for an explanation of the numbers listed on the offer, salesperson said he wasn't good with numbers and went to bring the manager. It took 25 minutes for the manager and salesperson to come back to me. Then, sales manager explained the numbers which added up to $315/month. Of course, I did not appreciate how the first numbers were dramatically high. Salesperson said numbers always confused him. At the end of the day, my expected number was not met and I said I am not buying. Then the salesperson started getting mad/upset and tried to explain how they were losing money. When I responded "well, don't sell then", he started increasing his voice. I had to say 'good evening' and left. More
