I waited two weeks for a service appointment on my 2010 CR-V LX. They told me that they had to order parts (a rear camber kit). All work was to be performed under warrantee. Upon arrival, the part had CR-V LX. They told me that they had to order parts (a rear camber kit). All work was to be performed under warrantee. Upon arrival, the part had never been ordered and the work in fact was not to be done under warrantee. They had the audacity to try to sell me tires on top of their problems. I have had trouble with this dealer trying to upsell me before. I will NEVER set foot in this dealership again. I have had a much better experience at the South Blvd store. It’s a bit of a drive, but I’d rather do business with a competent dealership for warrantee work. This shop has a definite problem with their service department. Try Eric’s Automotive in Concord – (704)784-4300. He could not do the alignment on my car but he is a great mechanic and honest to boot. Recently, we purchased a Honda Accord from this dealer. Right upon arrival, Jarrell met us graciously and asked if we were helped. Immediately my wife and I looked at each other and knew this is the salesperson we want to deal with. Jarrell was professional in his conversation and dealing with us and was not pushy at all. He answered our questions to the best of his ability and if uncertain, he sought assistance from his managers and came back with answers promptly. The we met Tim Monde, one of their business manager and what a lovely guy he was too. Professional once again in his dealings with us and never once did these gentlemen push or rush us in making a deal. Tim provided us with pro and cons of what extended warranty was beneficial for us and we truly appreciated his honesty. If only the paperwork is not lengthy when buying a vehicle, we would have been out in less than an hour. A dealership with genuine staff makes a world of difference and Jarrell and Tim made that for us. I would strongly recommend them to anyone heading to Honda of Concord for their next vehicle buying experience. More

Working with Larry Fowler at Honda of Concord is always a pleasure. He is very attentive and works to get you the best deal he can. We had an Accord lease that still had seven months to go, but Larry contact pleasure. He is very attentive and works to get you the best deal he can. We had an Accord lease that still had seven months to go, but Larry contacted us and said we could look at getting out of that lease early and getting another vehicle for the same monthly payment and with no additional money out of pocket. We got the new vehicle and Larry worked with Lee Thompson to get our payment to go DOWN!!! More
