This is the second veichle I leased form honda of Concord & have found the staff to be both knowledgeable and friendly. The dealership has gone out of their way for me. David kept checking on me though the l & have found the staff to be both knowledgeable and friendly. The dealership has gone out of their way for me. In having a bad experience with a previous Honda dealership, I was nervous about going to another Honda place. I was very picky about what I wanted and was very skeptical about what my trade in val dealership, I was nervous about going to another Honda place. I was very picky about what I wanted and was very skeptical about what my trade in value would be. While the first number that was offered was not what I was expecting, Yolanda worked with my husband and I in getting what we felt was fair in our trade in. I have to say that the car that I purchased was not my first choice in color, it had other things that made up for the color. I love my car and I am glad that Yolanda was very patient in the whole process. I would definately recommend others to use this dealership. More

I am a loyal Honda owner and went to the dealership to purchase a new Accord. Demetrius was my salesman and was very nice, personable, and professional. However, when the final negotiations took place, purchase a new Accord. Demetrius was my salesman and was very nice, personable, and professional. However, when the final negotiations took place, the dealership would not honor the originally agreed upon price. I ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars more than expected. Needless to say, the price was higher than it should have been and my overall positive experience at the dealership turned out to be a "typical dealership experience". I would probably still recommend the dealership, as well as working with Demetrius, but I would caution you to be prepared to walk out when the sales managers pull the bait and switch routine. My experience with Honda of Concord started when I was contacted through e-mail by Lee Brown of internet sales. Upon meeting Lee, I was immediately impressed at the level of customer service and professionalism. I did not feel pressure from Lee though he was very helpful. On my next visit I was helped by Stacy Hicks, and he was also very helpful, friendly and professional. Stacy helped me get a car with a price I could be comfortable with, though the dealer fees were a "big" shock since I hadn't purchased a car since 1999! Upon leaving the dealership, Lee came to wish me luck and gave me a "mini" lesson on how to use some of the Accord's features. All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you Lee and Stacy! More

It was important to me that she was not pushy or just trying to sell me a car. She was caring and friendly and knew a lot about the Insight which I purchased. Everyone at Honda of Concord is very friendly and cordial and I will highly recommend Lisa Clark as well as Honda of Concord to anyone who would care to buy or even just check out Honda. My overall experience was a good one and I would give Honda of Concord and Lisa Clark very high marks for all they did to help me drive away in a brand new HONDA INSIGHT! More
