Lee Brown is the most trustworthy and knowledgeable car salesperson that my family had the good fortune to purchase a car from. This is our second experience with Lee; the reason for rating ok price was salesperson that my family had the good fortune to purchase a car from. This is our second experience with Lee; the reason for rating ok price was not his fault but the circumstance of low volume cars available for sale with high demand due to the earthquake in Japan. This 2012 Honda Civic LX is for my Mom,age over 80 (first car purchase for herself and from a family that has purchased Fords since 1957) & my daughter will also be looking to work with Lee soon for a new Honda vehicle. This dealer told me they could get the vehicle I wanted. I went over made a deposit and then they called the next day to tell me they could not get what I wanted and made up a bunch of excuses. I was told m I went over made a deposit and then they called the next day to tell me they could not get what I wanted and made up a bunch of excuses. I was told my deposit check would be shredded. Instead they cashed my deposit check. I also had to drive over an hour to another dealership to get the vehicle that I wanted. As far as I am concerned they lied and now I have to make another trip there to try to retrieve my money. More
