Was quoted a price from the ZAG program. This dealer was not the lowest but had the largest inventory and most consistent contact. Kristin was pleasant and informative on her email communications. When I hesitated about driving 1 1/2 hours to get my trade evaluated I was assured that as the largest Honda dealer and the 2nd largest Toyota dealer in the state they would give me the most for my trade and would not have me drive all that way unless she could assure me they would make my trip worthwhile otherwise she would not ask me to come down. I practically begged for an ballpark figure via email so I would know what I was dealing with. I went so far as to PDF them a copy of my window sticker with all options along with the Kelley Blue Book trade-in value for my part of the state. Well low and behold I drive the hour and half down to the dealer on a Saturday no less and once they look at my trade David N. gives me a lower price than my local dealer who agreed to meet the ZAG price. This dealer is nothing more than a bait and switch and they prefer to bully you into purchasing or hope that since you're already there you are so caught up in the process that you'll buckle and buy from them. PLEASE be prepared to walk away from this type of "business" protocol. And the earlier post writer was correct with his vulture comment. You're nothing more than a piece of dead meat to these people. Another great sales experience from Honda Cars of Concord. This was our 3rd purchase in 13 years. The salesman, Michael Maman and managers were very honest and forthcoming. We worked out a deal on a Concord. This was our 3rd purchase in 13 years. The salesman, Michael Maman and managers were very honest and forthcoming. First visit and transactions with Honda of Concord. Initially worked on negotiating 2 trade in's for a lease on an Odyssey and a purchase of a Honda Insight. Demetrius Parsons with internet sales was absolutely fantastic! Courteous, professional, and he listened to what my needs and needs were down to the amount I needed to pay for this transaction to work! After communicating for a while over the internet and phone, I was convinced that it was worth my family's time to visit him in person to try and close a deal. The time and effort Demetrius spent with me prior to our arrival really worked. Within a couple of hours, we are going home with 2 brand new cars. Excellent transaction! I highly recommend working with Demetrius and Honda of Concord because they are hard working, honest, and listen to their customers. Trust. That is why I purchased my second Pilot and first new one from Honda of Concord. My previous Pilot was in for an oil change and a expensive repair was pointed out. They knew the Pilot was under the new one from Honda of Concord. My previous Pilot was in for an oil change and a expensive repair was pointed out. They knew the Pilot was under their own extended warranty. It was fixed at no charge to me. Also, when the warranty was about to expire, they went over the whole Pilot to find anything wrong. They found that the AC motor needed to be replaced. I did not notice any problem but they said it was about to go out. They replaced the motor at no charge. Because of the honest treatment, I purchased my new Pilot from them. More
