We had an Accord lease that still had seven months to go, but Larry contact pleasure. He is very attentive and works to get you the best deal he can. I came in for servicing for the lock on my car. Mr Farris and Blaine provided an excellent good will adjustment thus providing great customer service. As I was leaving I had an opportunity to speak with Victor and Andrew in sales. I had no intentions of trading my car. Initially when Andrew and I talked, I gave him my budget concerns and he made every effort to meet them. I came away feeling very pleased, although over budget, because of the add-ons. I did forgo the $1800 installation of the navagation system as I will opt for a portable. I am now driving my 6th Honda all of which were purchased from the Hendricks dealership. I long for the time when I can get a pilot but it was very much out of my budget. Keep doing what you do best: providing excellent customer service by ensuring a customer's loyalty and satisfaction.
