After having such a positive experience with the lease of my Pilot, my husband and I returned to Honda of Concord yesterday! We are now a 2 Honda family, as we leased a Ridgeline truck for my husband. Drew my Pilot, my husband and I returned to Honda of Concord yesterday! Tom Teiro was the salesperson who helped us and he did a GREAT job. He took time to explain the features in detail and answer our questions about the car. The manager Rick was much more rushed and not as customer-focused. The price I paid was somewhat higher than planned, but they did give me a good deal on my trade-in. This is the second car purchased at Hendrick cars of Concord and I would go back, but just remember not to rush through the buying experience. More
