My name is Aaron Alexander; I purchased a 2009 white Honda Accord from you last Friday 1/13/12. I greatly appreciate the knowledgeable, friendly service I was provided by car salesman Mr. Michael Lisenb Honda Accord from you last Friday 1/13/12. I greatly appreciate the knowledgeable, friendly service I was provided by car salesman Mr. Michael Lisenby, however; after much thought and review, I am very dissatisfied with the financing package I received. A $500 deposit, 19% interest rate, and $514 monthly payment just doesn’t add up. I really fill as if I my have been taken advantage of. With that interest rate I will be paying close to $30,000 for a $19,000 vehicle once paid off. Furthermore I see no need for a $500 deposit when my monthly payments are stilling going to be $514. My wife and I have purchased (3) Honda’s in the past from Rick Hendrix Honda and we never received a 19% interest rate nor a monthly payment over $475.00; each purchase was made with sub-600 credit scores. You website to-date on the home page states the following: “For a low interest car loan in Concord the Honda of Concord finance team has you covered. By working with a network of financial institutions, we make our customers' dreams of owning a Honda come true. Get a car loan that you can afford by completing our online finance application.” I do not see how Honda of Concord finance team “had me covered” by providing me with a 19% interest rate. Tony Montana at Honda of Concord exceeded my expectations for providing the best vehicle purchase that suited my personal needs. He truly listened to what I was searching for in a Honda Accord and refused to for providing the best vehicle purchase that suited my personal needs. He truly listened to what I was searching for in a Honda Accord and refused to settle until I was completely satisfied. He made me feel comfortable as if I were family instead of just another customer. I was quite impressed with the entire staff--from David, the manager and Lester in finance--I could not have asked for a better team who treated me with the utmost respect. I will definitely use Honda of Concord again and I will highly recommend them to family and friends without hesitation! I give them a 10!!! More

Buying my daughter a new Civic prior to New Year and had a trade in on my truck. I had all ready gotten an out the door price from Hendrix Honda in Charlotte but Concord is much closer to my house. They did a trade in on my truck. I had all ready gotten an out the door price from Hendrix Honda in Charlotte but Concord is much closer to my house. They did not want to give me much on my truck and were just over $1000 off what I was getting from the other dealership. I had a cashier check in hand ready to go. I told the manager/finance person they are not in the ballpark price wise and he looked at me like I had three heads. We left the dealership and was called back within 30 minutes. Was told if I finance the car for 1 month and pay it off, the dealership would get a rebate and they could come down to the price. I just wanted to pay cash and be done. Hendrix Honda came off several hundred dollars more at the end and we bought the car from them being very pleased. I know they are both Hendrix dealerships but my daughter and I were treated much differently with the Charlotte dealership. Concord was going to charge me for the mats and truck tray and Hendrix gave them to me after everything was done. Not blaming the salesman because at the end he really tried to work it. More
