My name is Aaron Alexander; I purchased a 2009 white Honda Accord from you last Friday 1/13/12. I greatly appreciate the knowledgeable, friendly service I was provided by car salesman Mr. Michael Lisenb Honda Accord from you last Friday 1/13/12. I greatly appreciate the knowledgeable, friendly service I was provided by car salesman Mr. Michael Lisenby, however; after much thought and review, I am very dissatisfied with the financing package I received. A $500 deposit, 19% interest rate, and $514 monthly payment just doesn’t add up. I really fill as if I my have been taken advantage of. With that interest rate I will be paying close to $30,000 for a $19,000 vehicle once paid off. Furthermore I see no need for a $500 deposit when my monthly payments are stilling going to be $514. My wife and I have purchased (3) Honda’s in the past from Rick Hendrix Honda and we never received a 19% interest rate nor a monthly payment over $475.00; each purchase was made with sub-600 credit scores. You website to-date on the home page states the following: “For a low interest car loan in Concord the Honda of Concord finance team has you covered.  By working with a network of financial institutions, we make our customers' dreams of owning a Honda come true. Get a car loan that you can afford by completing our online finance application.” I do not see how Honda of Concord finance team “had me covered” by providing me with a 19% interest rate.
