The employees at Honda did not beat around the bush with me. I was there to get a car and they were there to sell me one. Came to dealership for repair service on 2001 Accord; learned of needed expensive service and decided to invest in new vehicle instead of repair. I was very pleased with the service I was provided by Dawn Fuller and her expertise on the vehicle I chose. She addressed all my concerns on the CRV. By far the best car buying experience. No back and forth haggling, just straight up best price from the beginning ($5,000 less than other dealers). In and out in 2 hours and it was great. The experience with Perry Flythe, the salesman, was very pleasant as it was with all the others who helped us through the process. They know their products and were able to answer all our questions. I bought my first Honda (Accord) from them in 2002. I must say the experience this time was much more pleasant. In fact, I really did not ever intend to go back there. I had been to a different Honda dealership the day before I went to Concord, but they did not have a good selection of colors available nor exactly what we wanted. My son called Honda of Concord and they did have all the colors of the CRV on their lot. Even though the specific car we wanted wasn't there they located it, brought it in and had it ready for me the day I wanted to pick it up. More

If you know what you want and just want to buy a car and be left alone, this is the place for you. However, if you want to buy a car, purchase a service warranty plan, and expect to have service provided t be left alone, this is the place for you. However, if you want to buy a car, purchase a service warranty plan, and expect to have service provided to you beyond the day of the sale, this is not the place for you. If you ever have any questions after the day you purchased your car, Honda of Concord will transfer you to everyone but the person who could possibly help you, and Honda of America feels it very inconvenient for you to call them too.
