I have only bought 2 cars in my life. The 1st time I kind of stumbled upon Honda of Concord and it was a pleasant experience, so when I needed to buy another car, I knew exactly where to go! Quick, easy, and painless... My salesperson, Amanda, really worked with me to ensure that I got what I wanted and got the payment that I could afford. She treated me like I was a friend and I NEVER got the 'car salesperson' vibe from her! While I was waiting for my car to be released, I overheard another customer say to his salesperson how easy his car buying experience was and he would certainly be coming back. I also like the fact that the upholstery is protected from spills, and this was also explained and demonstrated. I didn't go in planning to buy a car and I left with an '08 Accord. It was the easiest and best car buying experience I have had. This is the second veichle I leased form honda of Concord & have found the staff to be both knowledgeable and friendly. The dealership has gone out of their way for me.
