I ordered a part from t After purchasing two Hondas from this dealer over the years, I am very disappointed in their service department and follow up. I ordered a part from them early this year and was assured they would follow up and let me know when it was delivered. Three weeks later and still no call so I did the follow up. Part was now in stock for me to pick up. Took my Honda Fit in for a diagnostic due to dash readings this past Thursday at 7:00 AM with an appointment. Found they needed to order a part and assured me I could leave the car overnight and the part would be in on Friday morning. No call from them on Friday so I did the follow up. Seems the wrong part had been sent. Incompetent order or parts pull. Advised they would reorder and the part would be in first thing Saturday. No word from them Satyrdsy so I called. Couldn't find the part and we're now unsure they could get to it today. . Incompetence at an abounding level abd no customer service ability to initiate follow up unless the customer calls in. So sad to see a business I used to speak highly of drop to such a poor level. Do they have new owners if management? More

Excellent Customer Service!!! Since acquiring a used Honda Civic Hybrid over 4 yrs ago, it has been a little hit and miss with my service experiences until I met Preston Locklear. Since acquiring a used Honda Civic Hybrid over 4 yrs ago, it has been a little hit and miss with my service experiences until I met Preston Locklear. Preston is very personable and always made me feel like my vehicle was in the best possible care and that he would make sure everything was taken care of. All was well with my service experience! Fast forward to 200K miles on the hybrid. when I had to have the hybrid batteries replaced. I felt I had no options but to get the vehicle repaired at a very hefty $4000 cost. After a lengthy debate with myself over the pros and cons of the repair, Preston suggested I talk to one of the salesman about other options and introduced my wife and I to George Moore. We explained the situation to George with some budget limitations that we had and then it was off to the used car section of the lot. George was able to get us into the right vehicle and Jeff Joseph handled the financing end of things. We were made to feel as if we were being taken care of every step of the way. More

not happy with service I had an appointment today at 2:00 to replace a visor which I pre-ordered and balance my tires. If it wasn't for the convenience regarding location, we would never come back. Every time we bring our car for service of any kind, they are either unable to complete the service or do half of what we aske would never come back. We had to reschedule four times do have a simple windshield molding replaced. Asking for a car wash was too much for them to handle and wanted us to come back. What's up with that!? More
The service I received from Paula was great. A part(valve) had to be ordered and I was called with a scheduled appointment once the part was received (1-2 days as promised).
