Customer Service A+ I bought my used car from Honda of Cleveland 2 years ago and it was one of the older models they had on the lot. Im sure they didn't make much off my I bought my used car from Honda of Cleveland 2 years ago and it was one of the older models they had on the lot. Im sure they didn't make much off my purchase but when my car was to old for the care plans they sold me, they took care of the flat tire i had 2 months into the purchase no questions asked... then again 6 months later and so on till every tire had either been replaced, repaired, or had the bead resealed. They honored the tire and wheel plan i wanted even if my car didn't qualify. I have dealt with most of the service representatives there over the year with this problem, Will Oltz, Greg Lee, Roger Russel, and the main man in charge of my car every time i showed up with this tire issue was Mark Duncan. Upon coming in recently with yet another tire flat, i asked about the fact that they issue came down to the wheel on my car not the tires. They were corroding away, and causing the tire issue. Mark Duncan got Brandon Perry the service manager involved and he got the owner of the company involved and within 2 hours they agreed to replace the wheel on my car. Never have i had an entire company do all the leg work for me to get my issue solved. They wanted to take care of the real problem which in reality wasn't their problem, it was mine to have to deal with and they wanted me to be happy with the car i purchased from them even if it was 2 years ago. Its been amazing working with Honda of Cleveland, not only did they help me get into a car fast when i needed it but they have taken care of me and my car since then even if its a Toyota and their dealer is right down the road i go back to Honda every time. Thank you Honda of Cleveland, and a special thanks to the service department. More

My service advisor Greg is always smiling and goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Everyone at Honda has always treated me like I am so special and as I look around and notice that it's not just me but everyone that walks through the door. I have never been more impressed with the hospitality I recieve. As soon as I pull in the bay someone is there smiling and telling me " goodmorning" then I enter the service department where they remember me by name. I never wait very long, but as I wait they take care of each person in the waiting room with drinks and and snacks. Mike Covington is always a pleasure! No matter how busy he may be he always takes the time to ask how I've been and ask about my boys. It's almost like family there. They have blessed me with their kindness and respect. I absolutely love Honda of Cleveland :) More

As soon as the part was available, I received a call from Roger Russell to let me know I cou My 2011 Honda CR-V was on the airbag safety recall list. As soon as the part was available, I received a call from Roger Russell to let me know I could bring my Honda in for the repair. My CR-V had some trouble with the battery being dead and Roger worked with me while I was getting my battery replaced and made it convenient for me to make an appointment to get my Honda repaired. When I am ready I will buy my next Honda from Honda of Cleveland. I bought my first Honda there from Fred Stewart and have been more than satisfied with my CR-V. More
