We had warranty work done I had work done that I had been needing fixed for almost two years . Excellent Service Experience I took my Honda Accord in for routine maintenance, which included a required brake flush. I was in and out in an hour! Mark Duncan, my service advisor I took my Honda Accord in for routine maintenance, which included a required brake flush. I was in and out in an hour! Mark Duncan, my service advisor, kept me apprised of the progress at 15 minute intervals. I couldn't have been more pleased. I bought my car from this dealership in 2013 and have continued to use their service team since then. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Amazing experience I took my Honda CRV in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. A few minutes into the wait, a service advisor, Will Oltz, came out and said a bolt I took my Honda CRV in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. A few minutes into the wait, a service advisor, Will Oltz, came out and said a bolt had broken on my wheel during the tire rotation. He apologized profusely and said it would take a little longer than normal. He made sure I knew that it was their fault and that I would not be charged. I was made very comfortable and I was more than willing to wait. About an hour later, Will came back and said that the service guys had found something else that needed repaired. It was covered under warranty and none of it or the wheel bolt would cost me a thing to repair. Long story short, I was given a rental car at no charge and when I got my car back a few days later, I was told there was no charge for ANYTHING, not even the original oil change. I cannot say enough positive, wonderful things about the folks at Honda of Cleveland! They were wonderful to me. I live about 45 miles from the dealership and they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Honda of Cleveland to anyone. Thanks to all who helped me!
