a giant cluster f**** NO communication. No follow-up or through. Nice folks at the service counters but that doesn't help the lack of accountability everywhere else. My car NO communication. I easily made the appointment over the phone for the day and time I wanted. Dareyell, my Service Advisor, was great! She explained what was going to be done to determine the problem. I had to leave right after dropping it off, but she called me with the results of the test. She explained what would happen next and the time it would take. She then called me to let me know there would be a delay as a part did not arrive as early as it should have, but gave me an ETA. The car was ready sooner than expected so she immediately called me to let me know I could pick it up. I appreciate so much that she explained everything and kept me informed as to progress and delays. More

Per Honda the 4 in that code indicates its time for plugs, timing belt and water pump (at min inspect water pump). I consider this major service and would like to know cost before I bring it in. The first price I get is $589.95. Ok that sounds cheap for timing belt. This person only schedules and does not seem to know very much so i ask to speak to someone. I set-up an appointment and they give me to a service writer. Either Mark or Mike answers the phone and I ask for the cost to do timing belt. I get a price of $1,689. Wow why so high? Well that includes all kind of other stuff I don't need. I ask for just the cost of service #4 per Honda and he seems to have trouble giving me that number. As I ask a few more questions the guy hangs up on me. So are the service writers at Motorcars not able to discuss service, what is needed and options without getting upset and hanging up. I tried calling back but after waiting on hold I just gave up. I'll go somewhere else that appreciates their customers. More

Why doesn't every dealer have pitstop? pitstop is amazing! I didn't even expect the call but I'm so glad I called back. Poor Service Experiences I bought a brand new Honda from Honda Mototcars Cleveland Heights in 2017 and every six weeks have had its oil changes and tire rotations performed at I bought a brand new Honda from Honda Mototcars Cleveland Heights in 2017 and every six weeks have had its oil changes and tire rotations performed at their 'state of the art' service center. Once my car was returned to me with a broken wheel cover due to careless handling during a tire rotation requiring it to be replaced; twice the under engine assembly was improperly handled/installed leading to it dragging falling off within a week of service and having to be replaced; AND MOST RECENTLY 09-24-2018: for a 3rd time [despite my initially having told Todd Bamm, the service advisor of my 2 previous experiences with the under engine assembly not being properly reinstalled by them] it was not once again reinstalled fully (it seems the service techs seem to prefer putting only half the part's many bolts back on it which leaves it (a large expensive part) in a compromised state that is hazardous to a driver). So, back up on the rack it had to go to fix the matter. During this same visit I reviewed the car before leaving(making sure the wheel covers were not broken and the under engine assembly not dragging) to discover the tires had NOT EVEN BEEN ROTATED! Each tire was in the exact location as when I arrived even though Aron Wright falsely indicated on the report that they had been rotated. I had to page Todd who could not provide an explaination for the oversight and handed me a handful of carwash coupons to make it better....and again back up on the racks it had to go! All said and done, my oil change and tire rotation took 2 full hours to perform despite Todd's introductory speach to me about their snazzy state of the art service center and their goal to ensure my service be performed in 45 minutes or less! How about focusing on QUALITY, TRAINED SERVICE TECHNICIANS....perhaps that will allow for proper and efficient service. I shouldn't have to examine the under belly of my car nor double check the service center's work before I leave the building....but sadly it seems I do. More
