Horrible service department quality. Now I have to replace my engine. Dealer installed new radiator and hoses but didn;t connect the bottom radiator hose properly and engine blew head gasket and burn More

Upper Management continues to refuse to call me back after multiple attempts to contact them. “Always in a meeting”. Multiple messages left with Service Manager and General Manager and receptionists. But you can”t seem to call someone back. I would be embarrassed to charge someone $3400 for radiator repair and then do horrible work to cause engine failure. Rip off.
