Horrible service department quality. Now I have to replace my engine. Dealer installed new radiator and hoses but didn;t connect the bottom radiator hose properly and engine blew head gasket and burn replace my engine. Worst of all Dealer wouldn't return my phone calls to discuss issue. Update: 11-08-20 The vehicle is back in my local Honda dealer for the issue that they originally didn't find. Now because of the faulty work done at Foundation Honda my vehicle has a blown engine and head gaskets. No response from Foundation and the GM - Justin changed his phone number so he didn't have to deal with the issue anymore. Foundation Honda Service Manager, Mark will not return phone calls either. Guess we will settle this in court. More

Very considerate service in this time of Covid I snapped the antenna of my CR-V and called to make an appointment for service. Brittany in the service department put me through to Scott in the part I snapped the antenna of my CR-V and called to make an appointment for service. Brittany in the service department put me through to Scott in the parts department. I knew what was missing but was unable to tell him if the base was damaged so he suggested I bring it in for him to inspect. I explained that I am over 70 and have an underlying health issue and inquired how this would be done.safely. Scott understood my concern. He gave me his direct number so I could call when I arrived and he came right out wearing a mask. When he inspected the antenna, he was able to screw in a new part right then and there. Problem solved with one trip. Thank you, Scott! More
