Thank you Mr. Harvey for your response to my bitter complaint. First I am indeed very disappointed from the treatment minted on me by your service manager. I brought my Landrover truck that I got from your car lot in July 2021. For oil change and a leak in the coolant bottle. Your service manager diagnosed the truck and said it was the Radiator that was bad and need to be replaced. It took 2 over weeks for your service manager to change the radiator, during the time he had given me 2 appointment to pick up my car only to get to your workshop and he will tell me the car is not ready yet. he is the same man that called and text me that my car was ready. In the 3rd week the manager sent me a text that my car Air-condition, heater and clutch plate is not good. That really drove me crazy, I asked the manger where did he get all this problems from? I reminded him that when i brought the car to him the Air-condition and heater was working perfectly and there was no clutch problem with my car! Automatically your workshop has messed up my car and that was the reason it took more than 3 weeks trying to clean your mess. The next day he called me that my car was ready, i came and he said everything had been fixed and I paid $250 deductible, only 20 minutes into my drive back home my began to overheat and eventually stopped me on the freeway. As bad as you think, for a car that had never had any of such problems, I called the services manager and he did not say a word to me. I paid another $200 to tow the vehicle to Landrover of houston on SW freeway. I called the sales man that sold the car for me he kept dodging my calls. I categorically understood that technician who worked on my car has messed the car and this the service manager is aware and knowing all this fact he gave me car that was not fixed, he made me $250 for a job not done and a job he and his boys had messed up. So far so well your manager has messed my car and i need him to refund me all my cost.
