This is my second time working with Ledys who came recommended to me by another family member. When it was time to renew my lease and get a new car I went to the new location she's currently at which recommended to me by another family member. When it was time to renew my lease and get a new car I went to the new location she's currently at which is in Chantilly. The dealer was impeccable, as was the service. As usual Ledys had a few cars in mind for me to test that fit my needs. She was patient, and showed me all the new technology that came with the car. After weighing my options I decided to go with the Honda Civic. I absolutely love this car. When my new car was ready for pick up, Ledys had the car detailed for me and once again was patient enough to walk me through all my questions on the new features of the car. She truly excels at taking care of her clients and their needs and understands what customer service really means. I live in Ashburn and I did not mind the travel to Chantilly, as the new Honda dealer there is absolutely beautiful, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Honda of Chantilly to anyone ready to get a new car, and if you want excellent customer service ask for Ledys! More

All of the people involved in my purchasing and picking up the car were all polite and professional and did an excellent job! 1st, I would definitely recommend to buy a Honda, I have a great history/track record with Honda vehicles. 2nd, I would definitely recommend buying your vehicle from Chantilly Honda, these people are great and I received a great deal! 3rd, come for the service, these people are so nice, so polite and so professional!
