The worst experience I ever had with a dealership in my life When I first visited this dealer I was well treated and I wrote a positive review for my experience, I leased a Honda Accord and traded in my car, aft When I first visited this dealer I was well treated and I wrote a positive review for my experience, I leased a Honda Accord and traded in my car, after 3 days from leasing the new car, they called me and told me that the finance department wanted to speak with me, I went there today 05/27/14 and I was told that either I get a cosigner to keep my payments the same or my payments will go up and that I am not qualified for this lease deal, What!!! How can this happen? After I signed all the paper work and traded my car and took the new car and left now the deal changed, unbelievable, the guy told me that the guy who processed my papers was his mistake, mistake!! So I told them I need my car back and I don't want the new car, I was shocked when they didn't do anything to try to fix their mistake, they instead showed a very rude attitude they never apologize for it, I went with the guy to exchange the vehicles, he left me in the rain for 15 min when I went back to check him, he was at his desk dealing with new customer and leaving me in the rain, they kept wasting time and no one wanted to put my plate back to my old car so I put them myself and left, everyone showed uncare and unrespect I never faced it from any place before, me, my friends and family will never deal with this dealer ever . The worst customer service I ever faced in my life Thank you Honda for the worest experience I ever had. More

Wow! Quality Dealership It's hard to find a new car dealership where you don't feel like you're getting the "sell". Chantilly-Honda is one of those places where you're a gue It's hard to find a new car dealership where you don't feel like you're getting the "sell". Chantilly-Honda is one of those places where you're a guest not a customer. The waiting area is not your standard style and provides many more amenities than your average dealership. We were in there to buy a CRV, as we're adding to our growing family and needed something more practical and with more room. Hilai Shefa, our sales associate, was awesome. Courtesy, helpful and got us in and out in a reasonable time. More

Great ! Totally blown away by the great customer service....Pulled into service my 2012 Honda and was welcomed by Chris as soon as I pulled in. Chris explained what services were due for my mileage and what the services entailed. I was taken to the brand new customer waiting lounge where I enjoyed a fresh brewed cup of "Starbucks" coffee. The lounge was spotless and very comfortable. Watched a little TV on one of the two big screen TV's and read the paper. Before I knew it Chris let me know my car was ready, I paid and was off to enjoy the rest of my day.... I don't know what magic the mechanic did but my car drove off like it was brand new, just like it drove off when I purchased it new. Thank you so much for the excellent service. Nancy M More

I have to say Carlos rubbed us the right way from minute we got out of our vehicle. My wife and I had our guards up and within seconds he made us feel comfortable, able to trust his information as well as explain in detail the process. Carlos made is fast and easy as he mentioned he would and saved us the most money on our Honda but what really had us drive past two Honda dealerships was the fact he replied back at 130am in the morning I thought it was an automated email but it was Carlos to us that above and beyond was the difference of our decision. Thank you Honda of Chantilly and we will recommend Carlos Davila to Our local church members!!! More
Rob Fraker - Excellent buying experience!!! I owned Honda's for years, but two years ago I decided to try a convertible - it just wasn't a good fit - I am a Honda girl at heart. I decided that I I owned Honda's for years, but two years ago I decided to try a convertible - it just wasn't a good fit - I am a Honda girl at heart. I decided that I needed to trade the convertible in for my favorite: Honda Accord Coupe. I went to the Honda of Chantilly website to see if they had the color I wanted, I submitted a request and Rob called me right away. He was professional and courteous and confirmed that the color I was interested in was available. I called Rob back the next day to schedule an appointment - he was very flexible with the scheduling and was able to meet at at a time that was convenient for me. The entire buying experience, from test drive, to trade in, to financing was great. Rob followed up with me after I bought to the car to make sure all was ok and to see if I had any questions. I know that I can also call Rob at any time with any questions or concerns. The dealership is beautiful and the service department hours are so convenient. I will be taking my Honda only here for any service needs, and when I'm ready for my next Honda, I will only go to Rob. I recommend Rob and Honda of Chantilly for any new car or service needs. More

The manager attempted to confuse me into submitting to terms that did not live up to options previously discussed. He was very disrespectful. I was very interested in purchasing a vehicle when I entered the store and decided not to purchase from this location, not because the final price was unreasonable or because I no longer wanted the vehicle, but because I did not want to contribute to the success of such a person. Wonderful Experience! I came to Honda of Chantilly to look around at cars since I knew that the car I was driving would need to be replaced soon. As this was my first experience purchasing a new car, I was a bit overwhelmed and had that preconceived notion that car sales people would try to pressure me into purchasing. Once I arrived to Honda of Chantilly, Hilai S. guided me through the process of test driving, answering all of my questions, and providing me with information. Never once did I feel pressured. I ended up coming back a couple weeks later and purchasing a Honda Civic. Hilai S. was absolutely wonderful to work with and she truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I would highly recommend visiting Honda of Chantilly and asking for Hilai S.'s assistance. More

The next day, I went online and signed up for price comparisons from various dealerships. Rob called me less than 5 minutes after my online submission. He gave me a competitive price and also gave me the "out the door" price for the car (a 2014 Honda Civic EX in Dyno Blue Pearl), which is what I really wanted to know. He also said he didn't have the blue car that I wanted, but would call around and see if he could find it. We made an appointment for him to call me back as I had a dentist appt that morning. He called me back before the appt to tell me he thought he had a lead on the car and would confirm at our appointed time. He called back exactly on time, and not only told me he found the car, but was at the dealership picking it up for me! When I arrived at Honda of Chantilly, Rob showed me around, and I told him about another offer I received after talking to him that was a little lower than his offer, and asked if he would match it, and he did. After my paperwork, I was introduced to Dan Frappollo, who worked with me on the financing. Dan was not only very funny, and made my experience even better, but he was extremely knowledgeable about finance (not just car finance, but general financing and accounting). He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or tweak numbers out of my favor. I went to the dealership fully knowledgeable about current new car financing rates, and I got exactly what I wanted. I think that sometimes it can be difficult for sales and finance people to deal with buyers like me. I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted and what I was willing to pay for it. I think a great salesperson is able to negotiate where everyone comes out of it feeling good, and that's exactly how I feel. Rob and Dan are a great team, and they have truly restored my faith in car salespersons and finance persons as well as putting the fun back into my car buying experience. I would (and already have) recommend others to buy from them. More
