Every time I take my car here to get serviced, Eric Tarzier has continued to offer customer service that just can't compare. He is always providing great advice and ensures that you are informed. The service team detailed my car(not an easy task for mini van that accommodates three small children). Everyone thought I bought a new car because they couldn't believe it! I brought my car in for an inspection today and I was in and out in no time. Eric took care of everything . Why go anywhere else? Thank you Eric! More

She was great to work with and made my experience very positive! She has a great attitude and a desire to sell cars that's second to none. Mr. Justin Sproles knows his cars! Justin is the guy you want to work with! He's young and eager to do the right thing by his customers and by the dealership. He answered all of my questions correctly and any questions he couldn't answer he simply stated "he did not know but would get me the answer." There wasn't any pressure to buy a car from them or any crazy "back and forth" about the final price. They simply had the best price - day 1! Arrogant I went in to the dealership for a car and told I was here for a test drive. I told the price I have from other dealers and they (manager to the guy who I was talking to) were discussing it is price that can't offer and asked me what could they do to earn the business. I said if they could match or beat the price I would come in a couple of days later to finish the paper work. Guy talking to me said if you are not ready to buy today, there is not much we can do and after we had a final handshake, he just threw my hand away. That is so disrespectful you guys can show to the customer. If you can't match the price or if you feel you can't earn my business, this isn't the way you get back. This isn't the way you grow your business. More

I discovered this during my purchase of a used vehicle from this dealership when they added GAP insurance and an extended warranty coverage to my contract without asking if I wanted these things first. Also, after inspecting the vehicle before taking possession, i noticed the engine cover shield was loose, and refused to take possession until this issue was corrected. Following several management discussions, the dealership refused to correct the problem, and most of the management staff refused to return phone calls and when they did, were extremely rude and obnoxious. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from someplace other than Honda of Chantilly. More
Sales - Louis Louis helped me getting me a new car, Accord Hybrid black color which was only one available but had to be delivered from South of Virginia. Also offered me a brand new loaner car until the car was delivered. When car was delivered, it looked fantastic. First time having a Hybrid car and it looks handsome and is an indeed good gas saver yet good decent power. Louis, thanks. It was a pleasant experience. More

From the very beginning, Mike Waters demonstrated excellent customer service, was respectful of our needs and concerns, and did not make us feel like we were a sale opportunity. When I told him I would have to talk to my wife who was at work and we would be back later, he respected the decision. This is in contrast with other dealers who seem reluctant to let you go. I didn't feel pressure to make a decision right then, only steady insistence that it was our decision and Mike was only there to answer any questions we had. Also, he was great with our young daughter and made sure she was comfortable in the play room as my wife and I mulled over our decision. If I ever find myself in need of another car Honda Chantilly and Mike Waters will be on our short list of places to call. More
The good, the excellent, and the less than good In October 2014 I purchased a used 2012 Acura from Honda of Chantilly. I have purchased cars before and, except for this, none have been pleasant aff In October 2014 I purchased a used 2012 Acura from Honda of Chantilly. I have purchased cars before and, except for this, none have been pleasant affairs. This is my experience: THE GOOD Honda of Chantilly is a beautiful dealership. There is plenty of parking available for customers which, surprisingly, is not the case for many dealers. All of the staff, not just the salespeople, appear genuinely friendly. My salesman was Andrew McMurtry, a man in his 60's who, I felt, had aged past the point where he felt he needed to manipulate or outsmart his customer. I came to see a particular car in their inventory but also wanted to look at two other possible choices. Andrew showed me the three autos and did not try to direct my choice to any particular one. After I selected the car I was interested in we began the price negotiation. This is often the most stressful part of a car purchase but not here. Rather than, as is the usual norm, the salesman walking an offer over to a mysterious sales manager and then returning with a counter offer and then repeating this silly process over and over again, something miraculous occurred. The sales manager came over to me and we negotiated an agreeable price in about 3 minutes and the sale was made. No more spending hours in place of a 3 minute face to face. Why don't all dealers do this? THE EXCELLENT My Acura had a couple of minor items requiring repair -- a damaged air vent grille on the dashboard and a tire that had been temporarily repaired with tire sealant but needed a tire plug for a permanent fix. The Service Representative, Chris (last name not known to me), could have kept me waiting for hours but he did not. He was able to get my car into service quickly. What really impressed me was a small thing. I pulled out my keys and my key ring broke and keys scattered everywhere. Chris helped me round up the keys and, a short time later, came up to me in the service waiting room and gave me a new key ring with the dealership's name on it. A small thing which did not have to be done but was done without any expectation on my part. Chris is a great employee! THE LESS THAN GOOD After I purchased my Acura I discovered that it did not have a Tire Repair Kit. Acura does not include a spare tire but instead provides a Tire Repair Kit that includes tire sealant that plugs tire holes and also an air compressor that plugs into the auto's power plug to inflate the damaged tire. Since I had just purchased my Acura and it did not have a Tire Repair Kit I asked for one. I was told that the Used Car Manager whose name I do not know said my car was a used car and it was not his responsibility to provide one. I purchased a Tire Repair Kit from Amazon.com for $39. This was my only less than good experience and I do not believe the dealership should risk customer dissatisfaction over a $39 item. More
