Terrible stay from this dealership I originally had gone to Honda Of Chantilly to buy my 2015 Civic but after going there it was the worst mistake I have ever made.The sales manager was I originally had gone to Honda Of Chantilly to buy my 2015 Civic but after going there it was the worst mistake I have ever made.The sales manager was very rude his name was Asanti Wilson. Everything I had said to him it was just a simple no. Absolutely no effort to make a deal at all. I asked him to do a rate buy down he simply just said f*** you I'm not doing it that was the attitude I got him from him. After my horrible experience at Chantilly Honda I contacted Sales Manager Kenny at Fairfax Honda whom I explained everything thing that happened to me. He apologized on their behalf even thou he didn't have anything to do with it and told me to come in and he would take care of me. Rest assure it he did I went and he had me setup with sales man David which was also very nice and got me the car on my terms and the respect that my family and I received from both of them was over the top. From negotiating to financing everyone was so nice and courteous. If your ever buying a car go to Fairfax Honda and see David, and Kenny they will surely make you happy. And avoid Honda of Chantilly you will be extremely disappointed. I Can't put 0 stars so I had to give 1 which they are not worth More

Louis C. treated my 3 year old son and I with the same level of attention he would have if I was buying at $50,000 vehicle. He showed me the vehicles that met my needs in both function, appearance, and price. The car I selected was not a Honda. Louis personally arranged to have the vehicle checked out by the manufacturer across the street while I was finalizing the purchase paperwork. After the car finished up at the dealer across the street he gave me a call and then he came back into work to personally deliver me the car. He then, helped me transition my car seat from my old vehicle to the new vehicle. Parents know this is not a easy task! Louis went above and beyond to take care of me and I know he will for you. More

Five star dealership I was looking for a vehicle for my 17 year old son and safety was at top of my needs list. I had already looked at the Ford Fusion online and he assur I was looking for a vehicle for my 17 year old son and safety was at top of my needs list. I had already looked at the Ford Fusion online and he assured me that was a great car for what I needed. We took it for a test drive and I was sold. Never felt pressured to buy anything. After going through the purchase process he made sure my vehicle was delivered to my house the same night. What a great team! More
Beware of cheaters!!!!! Worst experience ever. When I bought the new car, I didn't realize they were making me sign GAP insurance for $6000. Luckily I noticed it and I asked Worst experience ever. Luckily I noticed it and I asked to remove it(Ledys Verdooren) was the partner in crime who was helping us. After everything was done, went home and while I was making copies of the document, I realized that he had sneaked in a form for GAP insurance for $800. I went back immediately next day and he gave form for cancellation. Fast forward 3 months..... guess what, insurance company never received the cancellation notice. I ma working with insurance company directly now. If you buy something from here ever, make sure you look through all the documents. Use some website to calculate your monthly payment and if its different, immediately check all docs for extra charges. More

Like most Americans, I’m wary of car salesmen, but I had a surprisingly positive experience last Friday buying a new 2015 CR-V from Honda of Chantilly Like most Americans, I’m wary of car salesmen, but I had a surprisingly positive experience last Friday buying a new 2015 CR-V from Honda of Chantilly. First off, this dealer has no problem with customers like me, who compare prices on a specific car not by visiting each individual dealership, but by comparing solicited bids strictly on the Internet. I believe this is the car-buying wave of the future, and Honda of Chantilly appears to be on the leading edge of this movement. I compared 10 Northern Virginia Honda dealership prices online, and Chantilly Honda tied with another one for lowest price. The other lowest price dealership refused to email me a purchase order prior to visiting them, but Chantilly had no problem doing this, so I paid my first personal visit to the latter – and boy, was I glad I did. The three gentlemen I dealt with at Chantilly, Justin Sproles and Nicholas Eger, both Sales and Leasing Consultants, and Rob Fraker, Finance Manager, were a joy to work with. They were thoroughly professional, pleasant, competent and refreshingly low-pressure – I never felt like they were trying to pull a “bait and switch” on me, or that I was being rushed through the process. In fact, I was having such a good time jawing with Mr. Eger -- an economics graduate of George Mason University – about issues unrelated to cars, that I was afraid I was taking him away from his sales duties. These gentlemen never tried to veer away from the price they promised me online (over $2300 below the top price offered by one of the ten dealers mentioned above), and I left Honda of Chantilly a happy camper. I highly recommend this dealership! More

She has a warm and welcoming persona, which is why I drove 4 hours to complete my new purchase with her. She listened to my needs/wants and fulfilled every single one of them. She explained in detail my new vehicle and did not hesitate to request assistance from her colleagues when I asked about maintenance care, etc. In a world focused on customer service, she sets the bar for exceptional service.
