His ability to work closely with his management team, including Rob Fraker enabled him to make promises he is able to keep, which is extremely valuable to us as a customer. On a secondary note the new Chantilly location is comfortable and the overall purchasing and delivery process coordinated between Scott and Rob was organized, simple and explained in laments terms. For that we do commend the dealership management for supporting their employees, maintaining a great work place and providing competitively priced products. We expect we will use the dealer for servicing and future purchases. More
Great transaction with Justin It was great working with Justin on a recent Odyssey purchase. While price was my key objective, Justin won me over with his service and work ethic. Not to say that the other salesmen at Chantilly were lazy, but it was obvious Justin was working at a different pace. He was engaging with me and two other buyers at one point and I never felt like I was waiting on him. In addition, he recognized that I was an informed buyer and we cut right to the chase. I walked away with the vehicle I wanted, at the price I wanted without sacrificing the service. I will say that it took a couple hours to get the paper work wrapped up after we finalized the deal, but that was out of Justin's hands and he tried to hurry it along for us. More
STAY AWAY! Leasing deals not as advertised First question I asked salesman was whether the lease deal on my new CRV included any front-end or back-end fees and was told "no". After agreeing to terms, got to the finance guy and lo and behold they're charging me $599 acquisition fee (upfront fee) and a $350 turn-in fee--- so basically there is BOTH a front-end AND back-end fee. Also charged an additional $599 for paperwork processing which included getting vehicle added to my insurance policy; Drove the CRV into DC and back the next day only to find later when I contacted my insurance company they knew nothing about the new vehicle and it wasn't shown on my account. So I drove an uninsured vehicle over 50 miles in DC traffic for an entire day without knowing it! Also found out after the fact that I'm paying 4.2% interest (charged money rate of 0.00175) with a credit score around 748 (roughly better than 80% of rest of the population but being charged like a homeless beggar with poor credit). Irony is I could have paid cash for the entire purchase price of the vehicle with nothing but my signature at my local bank--- without even a credit check. They lucked out---I broke my calculator day before I went into the dealership so didn't have way to check the numbers to see how bad a deal I was getting till after the fact. More

Awesome Experience I started my vehicle search online and I was immediately contacted by Tyler Stewart. He didn't impose which is a great thing. He just asked about my interest in the vehicle and if I would like to schedule a test drive. I scheduled one for after work and he met me promptly. We went on a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle. He made sure I was comfortable with the process and kept me informed about what to expect and what was going on. Tyler handed me off to the Finance Manager, John Marsdon, who was also fantastic. He didn't assume anything nor did he impose anything on my. He got me a better rate than what I was expecting also. All said and done, I got a great vehicle for an awesome price. I would recommend anyone go see them for their next vehicle!!! More

He had picked a car out from our discussion, we went for a drive. He was very knowledgeable in the car's specs and options. I had a trade in and the price quoted was fair and acceptable. I was in and out in 3 hours as he had chosen the right vehicle for me. I had a remote starter installed so didn't pick the car up until the next day. He made sure it was spotless and again reviewed the console and navigation system . He even programmed my phone for the Bluetooth. Exceptional service and as my son said when we left " when was the last time you bought a car and didn't feel like you were taken?" Well we just had that experience for the first time! More
