Superior Service I was travelling through Washington last week and on the interstate, a truck lost a mudflap and it struck the front of my Honda CRV and in the process I was travelling through Washington last week and on the interstate, a truck lost a mudflap and it struck the front of my Honda CRV and in the process dislodged the skid plate and caused it to drag on the road. I made my way to Sims Honda and went into the service department. Austin Palmer in service helped me and even though the dealership was very busy, he fit me in right away and got my car into the oil change bay to look at the underside. The people there looked at it and said it needed a few clips and screws to put it back together and it would be good. I told them I would go to the parts department to get the materials and they said they had everything there. In five minutes they had my car finished and ready to go again. Just like new. I was and still am so impressed with Austin and the oil bay crew. They went way up and beyond to help me out. I asked Austin for a bill and he said it was not charge, that they were happy to help me. I was 900 miles away from home and they treated me fantastically. I will recommend to everyone to go to Sims if they need help with the Honda. To the owner of Sims Honda, you have a fantastic crew. The financing took a lot longer than expected as I was already pre-approved from my own bank, however, she finally came up with a better rate through a credit union. I had a call the next day from my own bank saying they will match the rate so I will be switching over my loan to them. I was not happy with all the sales pitches for the extras during the finance portion. We were told that State law requires some of the things that she went over which is sad to hear as I was not interested in any of the items. I have been using your service department for the past 4 years for my Acura and have only excellent reviews for them. Overall, I would recommend your dealership highly to anyone. More
