They were able to perform the exact work that I requested without issues or unnecessary work being added on. I was in an out within an hour and back on the road. Will be looking to come to Honda of Bemidji again. Thank you. More

Des Recently bought a vehicle here and was very clear that I wanted my Autostart removed from the old vehicle I traded in before it was auctioned off. Despite this, my car was auctioned off with it still installed. No compensation offered. Skip this place EDIT: after posting the review I was later contacted and offered a replacement autostart, so they'll at least try and fix the problem if you review bomb them. Changed to 2 stars for at least making it right in the end. More

Then back for two and a half hours the second day so they could finish the job. I am not amused. Maybe you should consider building an adjoining motel so you could put customers up for the night. Rotors and Pads is all I needed, I had an appointment made a week earlier when it was determined I needed a brake job. Six hours to do a simple brake job. I have to wonder if they outsourced the job to a third world Nation to save money? Maybe they got 'break job' and 'brake job' mixed up? This was a pathetic excuse for 'Service'. The service desk people were courteous. The cleaning lady deserves a raise, gold star for her. The service manager needs to be fired or perhaps the Dealership needs to be closed for poor performance. Second worst brake job of my life. More
Great service I can trust! John found me the exact vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. I've had it serviced there for 2 years. Great service! John found me the exact vehicle I wanted at a price I could afford. I've had it serviced there for 2 years. Great service! More
I had my 2004 Honda Pilot in to Honda of Bemidji last May for an oil change and a tire rotation. After I had it serviced about a week later the engine started to leak oil very badly. It had NEVER leaked be for an oil change and a tire rotation. After I had it serviced about a week later the engine started to leak oil very badly. It had NEVER leaked before and I am a loyal Honda owner that has also has 09 Honda Rancher AT. I have had very good experience with Honda products and they have never leaked oil of broke down at all so that is why after the dealer visit for the oil change it was odd coincidence that the pilot would start to leak oil from the engine. I called Honda customer care line and told them about the issue and described how I had it to the dealer and it began to leak oil and they looked in the matter. A week after I called Honda, Bemidji Honda called me and said that they would like to look at the car to see what was wrong and I told them the same story about what had happened. I brought it to them and they had it for a day and they gave me a disgusting old dodge grand caravan. That car should have been brought to the junk yard it was so gross and they do not have anything nice to give you for a loaner car that is so unprofessional. Over a week later they gave my car back to them and they had to replace an oil pan gasket that was leaking and it cost me 300 dollars to get fixed. American Honda paid for 3/4 of the cost when I am still confident that it happened at the dealer when it got that oil change so I am really reluctant to bring my Honda there to their mechanics that beat on my car. This is the reason why I gave the rating that I did because when you get service it can be questionable and the service representatives seem to be bothered when you call to make an appointment. The loaner cars are old medical transpiration vans that are so awful!!! No words can explain how horrible they are! More
I was told that all the dealerships in Bemidji were crooks and they would do anything to rip you off EXCEPT for Honda of Bemidji. I WAS WRONG! The people who gave me this information used to work for crooks and they would do anything to rip you off EXCEPT for Honda of Bemidji. I WAS WRONG! The people who gave me this information used to work for Bob Lowth Ford and Dondelinger's Chevrolet. These people also know the owners very well of all three dealerships. I decided to trade my car in and upgrade to something newer. The first time I went in they offered me a good price for my car but were going to make me pay the sticker price. Basically them just shifting numbers to make it look like I was getting a good deal on my car. I decided not to buy the car I was looking at and would come back later when they received some new inventory. I came back about one month later and found a car I liked. The car I was looking at was way over priced, about $2,000 over KBB and NADA. I showed them some print outs on values and they ignored those estimates. Even though they use KBB to value there cars. I gave them a price of what I would be willing to pay after trade-in. I had put on about 500 miles since, and they offered me $4,000 less for my car than the first time. Those 500 miles I put on cost me $80 per mile in value on my car?! They tried to play dumb and told me they didn't remember what they offered. I was very insulted! I got up and walked and will never deal with Honda of Bemidji again. More
