Entering the Northwest Honda Dealership, I have to admit, it was a bit intimidating knowing I was by myself, not exactly sure what I was doing or looking for. Elliot Lorden was very kind and gave me a wonder it was a bit intimidating knowing I was by myself, not exactly sure what I was doing or looking for. Elliot Lorden was very kind and gave me a wonderful experience. He helped pick out a car for me that was right in my price range and to my surprise was in absolute great condition. I am so fortunate to have had such great help from Elliot. While figuring out all my financial business, he was so welcoming and made me feel right at home. Coffee, tea and television was offered to me every time I arrived to the dealership. Elliot treated me with nothing but kindness and devotion. I definitely recommend Northwest Honda dealership for anyone! More

Came to Northwest Honda last month to see Stacy about a used car. Ended up getting a great deal on a 2010 Honda Accord that fits our needs perfectly. I give this place top marks because they made the buying process simple and easy and FAST! I had visited a couple of other places in town and get really bad salespeople that just seemed to want to drag buyi process simple and easy and FAST! I went in to look at a used car that i saw on the corner of the lot, i asked if i could take a test drive and we went, after the test drive we sat down to talk money and since it was 5 on a sunday, i couldn of the lot, i asked if i could take a test drive and we went, after the test drive we sat down to talk money and since it was 5 on a sunday, i couldn't buy it that day, we made a cash offer/deal and i told him i'd be back the next day. next day rolls around and i have all the cash in my hand for what we agreed on the night before, he goes up to the manager and the manager tries to raise the price of the car by $2000 more than we agreed on. they didn't even attempt to negotiate any further. very bad communication between employees and managers, very bad cooperation with customers. will not be surprised when they go out of business. More

Stephanie was extremely helpful, friendly, easy going and answered all of our questions. She also took the time to show us all the features in our car and how they work. We are so happy with our purchase. Also, we met with Camille in financing and she too, made us feel so comfortable, and walked us through all the paperwork, taking out the hassle and making it easy breezy! In a world filled with cheap sleezy car salesmen (and women) I can honestly say that Northwest Honda stands apart, there were no games, or "lets get you in this car you cant afford today" type monologues, simply a wonderful experience. This was the best car buying experience ever. Ty listened to what i wanted, found the perfect car and then put into my budget. Other dealer ships saw my budget and just threw random cars at me. Kirsten the sales manager went way out of her way to help me get all my paper work from my totaled car finished and then got me approved for a new car at a great price!
