It was very clear that his only priority was getting me into the right car at a comfortable price, and he was respectful to me as a customer in understanding and meeting my needs the entire time. This was the second car I bought from him, and I returned to him specifically when it was time once again to trade for a new car. Working with David, and then Camille in the business office, and meeting Tony, the general manager, the entire morning was a very pleasant experience. Then, John Cabal mentioned that they might have gotten a nice Lincoln MKX in on trade with very low miles. It hadn't even been through the shop or cleaned yet. He offered to let us see it and test drive it anyway. We loved the car, and they gave us a very fair deal. John and Camille even hustled for me so I could get home in time for dinner to surprise the kids! More

We purchased a new Honda Pilot from NW Honda, after what started out as a bad experience. When we first came in, we thought to buy a used Pilot and test drove one that we loved. The sales person (no longer working at NW Honda) was inexperienced and got the info for the car switched with a different vehicle. The result was that when we sat down to complete the paperwork, we were actually buying a different car. We walked out without a car and very upset. BUT OUR STORY DOESN'T END THERE. The next day I heard from Stephanie Akers, who told me how awful everyone felt about the mistake and how they would do everything they could to rectify the situation. We ended up going in to see Stephanie and she did a fabulous deal on a brand new Pilot. She was professional and friendly - such a pleasure to work with. Not only do we love our car, but we LOVE NW Honda, and even though we've moved to Seattle, we'll be coming back there the next time we need to buy a car. We just wouldn't go anywhere else. More

I had been in search of a particular vehicle for months and everywhere I went I was discouraged by sales personnel that did not want to search for the car I wanted, and would much rather have sold me something they have "on their lot". Thankfully I found my way into Northwest Honda by recommendation from a friend; and thank goodness they did. I originally emailed Stephanie Akers about a used Honda CRV that was listed on their webpage. Not only was she quick to respond, she was also very personable and charismatic throughout the purchasing process. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by the Manager Tony Carter, again nothing but kind of and supportive while I browsed the inventory. I described my ideal Honda, and the search was on. Northwest Honda team found me the perfect vehicle that suited my needs, they went above and beyond to make sure it was the right vehicle for me.
