We came, we drove, we bought! I hate making buying cars! I was perfectly happy with my car that had lots of miles on it, but we were going on a big road trip, and my husband said I hate making buying cars! I was perfectly happy with my car that had lots of miles on it, but we were going on a big road trip, and my husband said it was time. He had researched the car we should buy for over a year and narrowed it down to 3 different SUVs based on ability to maneuver snowy passes, expected gas mileage, cost of ownership, and endurance. We came to NW Honda and drove a CR-V. Guy Abbott was friendly and professional, not a bit pushy. I was holding back. The next day we came back to say that we weren't going to buy...and they had found the exact color I mentioned the day before, and there was smiling John Cabal, opening the door and inviting us for another test drive. And darned if we didn't leave with a brand new car! We left the next week on a 22-day 5,000 mile road trip through 12 states, and our CR-V was a trooper giving us 23-33 mpg. It's also great for hauling all my art work to shows. I love the ease of flipping the seats down. I appreciate everything about NW Honda, particularly the nice guys who go out of their way to make us satisfied customers. More

I've been through it many times in the past & it was never a positive experience. UNTIL I found the car I'd been searching for at Northwest Honda in Bellingham. These guys are just awesome! From first contact, they were courteous, helpful, low key, accommodating and everything I could hope for in a dealership. Special thanks to John Cabal, who went above and beyond, even securing a desired accessory that was not included with the vehicle by purchasing it for me at a competitor's dealership. Now THAT is service! I honestly cannot find a single aspect of the whole purchase experience to criticize. They made me feel very comfortable buying this vehicle. There was a minor piece missing from the grill (about $10) and John ordered the piece and replaced it for me free of charge. It was very minor but he stuck to his word and that is what a sales manager should do. The finance team was very informative, friendly, and easy to work with. Overall I am more than happy with my purchase. It was a great experience and i would recommend this dealership to anyone! More

Great car buying experience! When most people think of buying a car they cringe, it's always such a horrible and stressful ordeal. Not with the people at Northwest Honda in Bellin When most people think of buying a car they cringe, it's always such a horrible and stressful ordeal. Not with the people at Northwest Honda in Bellingham though! My parents have bought their last few cars from this dealership and insisted I go through them to buy a new car. John Vlahos was our Sales rep and he was great, not pushy in the least bit and just a great guy overall. He presented several options when it came to the negotiating process and really worked to find something that would make the most financial sense for my situation. We signed the papers with Sam Baylasy and she made it a very quick and painless process. Also very personable and great to work with. One of the managers, Stephanie Akers, who worked with my parents on their past purchases came right out to greet us, along with Sam Baylasy and John Vlahos, when we arrived at the dealership....now that's great customer service! Overall I'd say this was a wonderful experience and I'll definitely be back to Northwest Honda for my future car purchases and have already recommended them to several people! More
