After engaging in extensive research and enduring some hard luck with our past vehicle we reached out to salesman John Cabal at Northwest Honda. Mr. Cabal demonstrated exceptional listening skills and personally saw that we were taken care of as he exhausted an incredible amount of time answering questions, performing some research for us and looking for exactly what we wanted. Mr. Cabal provided follow up phone calls at our convenience and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted at a price we were extremely happy with. Needless to say, we felt taken care of and will go ONLY to Mr. Cabal when in need of our next vehicle. In fact, contrary to my past experiences, I have recommended John Cabal to other work colleagues and friends assuring them that he will listen to their needs and ensure that they are happy with their purchase. I had done a little research on their website and entered my information where I received a phone call from a sales associate named John Cabal. He was more than will to help and informed me when would be the best time to come in a look at cars. When we arrived at the dealership another gentleman asked if we needed to be helped and I asked for John Cabal since I had worked with him on the phone a few days earlier. He was very quick to meet us on the lot and help us find the car that we wanted. He worked extremely hard to get us the deal we wanted without going over our max price. Without the hard work and effort that John gave us there is no way we would have been able to buy our dream car. I am more than satisfied with the service I received and will definitely come back for future purchases and for maintenance on our current vehicle.
