When I did the test drive, I had some questions and concern about the car and the dealer kept the car for couple of days and did double check via Toyota experts for me. They did their best to make me happy as a customer and I really am! I know I was not an easy customer! I have checked many dealers before doing this purchase. The car delivered to me in a perfect condition and washed with full gas tank. Exactly what I asked for! I am absolutely happy dealing with them. My dealer was Mr. John Cabal. He is a trustful and awesome dealer. He did his job perfectly. Also when the spare key of my car has been lost, they pay for extra spare key for me and sent me a check with exact amount. They will be my dealer for ever! If I want to buy other car or any of my friends want to get one, I definitely will recommend Mr. CABAL to them! Made us pay for diagnostics on what was a warranty issue 05/17/2015 - New tires were installed on our Insight at a local tire store 05/21/2015 - 30,000 mile major service performed at Northwest Honda Subse 05/17/2015 - New tires were installed on our Insight at a local tire store 05/21/2015 - 30,000 mile major service performed at Northwest Honda Subsequent driving at nearly any speed produced unusual noises. 07/02/2015 - One tire was replaced at the local tire store; the technician(s) also felt that they heard additional noise on a road test, so they put the drive train thru a static test (my term) to track down the sound - their analysis was that there was a bearing noise that was significant enough to warrant concern of near-term failure. They noted that the Insight has a drive train warranty (note that these are ASE Certified automotive technicians). 07/26/2015 - Tire store double-check alignment at my request. They again noted “LF Wheel Bearing noisy.” 08/03/2015 - Diagnostics by Northwest Honda did not agree with the tire store’s findings; we were charged $125.61 and summarily told to go back to the tire store to claim they owed us a reimbursement. 08/04/2015 - Tire store manager confirmed that they diagnosed the noise in the front wheel bearing. He agreed to call Northwest Honda to speak to the service representative. 08/09/2015 - Tire store manager said the Northwest Honda service representative had volunteered to call and speak to me regarding this quandary, but he never called. 08/10/2015 - The Northwest Honda service department manager agreed to have their technician ride with us to attempt to hear the noise. Scheduled for 08/11/15. 08/11/2015 - Test ride with Northwest Honda Service Tech: he heard noise, wanted to check vehicle in shop. After his inspection I was shown some irregularity in the tires. Technician said the drive train could not be turned over on the lift. 08/23/2015 - Entire remainder of the new tires all replaced. The Service Manager and Mechanic at the tire store brought me to the lift after telling me that the bearing noise had become significantly worse. Indeed, they spun the drive train with me in attendance and the noise was remarkably loud and seriously concerning. 08/25/2015 - We attempted to talk with Steve Newby, Northwest Honda Service Manager, but he begged off, asking that we wait to talk until after the Labor Day holiday. 09/15/2015 - After a significant discussion about our concerns about the wheel bearings, Steve Newby, Service Manager – Northwest Honda, finally agreed to have the wheel bearings replaced. 09/21/2015 - Northwest Honda replaced the bearings under warranty after we had been through considerable conversation with the Service Department Manager. We requested refund of our original diagnostic charge from 08/03/2015, as it seemed that it should have been apparent to the service technician of problem that we expressed then. We were flatly refused on this request. This seems totally unfair, as we had come from another shop with very qualified technicians who had discovered the problem of their own volition; they also seemed to know to diagnose the issue in a method that the Northwest Honda technician did not even try. We have been bounced back and forth between two “professional” automotive service businesses and it seems that Northwest Honda was not interested in attempting to take as much care of our Honda Insight as a shop that has nothing to do with Honda. It took entirely too much of our time and effort and we should have been reimbursed for the original diagnostic testing. They were belligerent about the testing from the beginning, making out that there was nothing wrong, when in fact they did not fully test the drive train for the bearing problem. We have 2 Honda cars, if we do not get the refund of $125.61, we do not want to come back and buy any more Honda cars. More

Buying from a dealership brings confidemce We were in the market for a used VW New Beetle. Northwest Honda had a 1999 Beetle ,their lot. We took a drive up to B'ham to take a look at it one Sun We were in the market for a used VW New Beetle. Northwest Honda had a 1999 Beetle ,their lot. We took a drive up to B'ham to take a look at it one Sunday afternoon , after some discussion with one of their Salesman John Cabal. Our initial visit was non pressured and relaxed. We didn't buy that day, since the VW Beetle was a new thing for us, I wanted to explore the market. For three weeks we looked high and low at every Beetle out there for sale within 80 miles. After it was all said and done we came right back to the first Beetle we looked at. Northwest Hondas pricing, car quality and helpfulness was superior. Thanks to John and his staff for working patiently with us. More

I just recently traded in my Honda Fit for a brand-new CRV and, John Cabal, my sales consultant was absolutely the best. The staff there are friendly and the management worked so hard to get me the deal and exact car I needed, without fuss or ever making me feel like I was "under the microscope" of credit scrutiny, etc. John was very professional and informed about all of the Honda models, and the rest of the staff were so helpful as well. The general manager and finance person stopped by to thank me for my business and chatted for some time with me while I waited for paperwork to finish (which was not long at all). Once again, I was thrilled with the service, deal and expertise at NW Honda and highly recommend them and John Cabal! More

I went in for an oil change in my 2008 Civic Hybrid and ended up trading it in for a wonderful 2013 CRV with only 13K miles on it. Drove it the next day 250 miles and loved the ride and how it handled on the freeway. Thank you to John Cabel and Camille Kim for making the exchange an easy one. John was professional and knowledgeable, but did not engage in any high pressure sales, which was greatly appreciated. The final purchase transaction was straightforward and transparent and we had access to the invoice price without even asking—a nice touch. The younger fellow I worked with seems competent, professional. The coffee is pretty good, fresh brewed. Work was done maybe 15 minutes earlier than promised and that is a big plus for me. I scheduled appointment online. However the day after I did so received a call from Repair that online system was not working properly but they would honor the date and time. More
