New car purchase I recently traded my leased vehicle in for a 2016 model. The process for the exchange was very smooth and hassle free. I had some options added to the car, which were done quickly and within the time frame that I was told. I was treated very vell by the all the service personnel. they arranged a loaner for me to use, also a simple process. More

Pleasant buying experience Our car was tired and we decided to look at NW Honda for a new or pre-owned SUV. After looking at their website and calling Ronnie we were on our way Our car was tired and we decided to look at NW Honda for a new or pre-owned SUV. After looking at their website and calling Ronnie we were on our way to Bellingham to look at a couple of Pilots. The cars were prepped and ready for a test drive when we arrived and the overall sales experience was remarkably pleasant. The finance and sales managers went out of their way to find the best lender and there was no pressure from any of the staff. I would highly recommend this dealership if looking for a new or used vehicle. More

We drove to Bellingham from Port Orchard, WA. after we found the car listed on line.(Craig's list).The car was very nice, everyone was very friendly and accommodating Our negotiations were completed via telephone before we drove up to see the 2015 Honda Odyssey. Ron Taylor, our sales rep as very laid back with no pressure. He simply asked us what we wanted to do. John Cable, was very accommodating and helpful in the pricing process of added fees. .Camille Kim is a Gem and extremely knowledgeable, kind and explains everything very clearly. We did not take our car with us, as it was left for additions and scheduled for delivery. I was caught in the moment of the nice new car etc. When I arrived home and studied the paperwork and the reality of the final pricing being $9000 more than the starting price,( this was sales taxes, additions and some added charges. for doc, delivery etc.)our arranged term for 5 years, and our personal circumstances being uncertain, based on age and health issues, I felt very overwhelmed and that it was a mistake to take it on. After a sleepless night, I called first thing in the morning to cancel the contract. I called at 7:30 AM. John Cable did not get in until after 9 and Camille came in after 10. I will not give any more details of the process that followed, except that the previously very friendly people were suddenly just the opposite. It was a very stressful situation. We were told that we absolutely could not do that and numerous other things. Would I recommend this dealer ship? Yes I would, Over all, I believe that they strive to offer the best deals available and seem to offer good follow up service. Would I return to them? Probably not, Our relationship is fractured and they probably would not want to do business with me either. I will give North West Honda 4 stars for the sales end of the deal, but a big black mark if you need to cancel. I will add a personal note. My life's profession has been in sales, including owner ship of a retail store. When ever a customer cancelled a sale or returned a product, I always treated them with the same kindness and courtesy as when they were a paying customer. More
