Horrible experience! Got a quote for over $1000, same quote from Firestone $295. Came in ONLY for a quote but they proceeded to do an oil change and then charge me for it Got a quote for over $1000, same quote from Firestone $295. Would not give me my car back until I paid for the oil change I did not need, want or ask for. Feels like they try to take advantage of women. More
