I come back because I trust the service department I've been to dealerships that want you to come back at ridiculous short service intervals. I got advice from this dealership to "trust the car." I come in for service when it shows on the odometer. I have Honda of Ames do all the recommended service, and the last 3 Hondas I've owned have made 186,000 (people were bidding for the car because they knew it was well maintained), 236,000 (sold for $3,500), and my current Honda 218,000. I think Honda builds great cars, and doing all the recommended maintenance at a dealership I trust keeps them running as good as new. More

Huge help in an emergency! We were traveling from Oklahoma to Minnesota when our car began having difficulties. Even though they had 40 cars scheduled for service that day, they We were traveling from Oklahoma to Minnesota when our car began having difficulties. Even though they had 40 cars scheduled for service that day, they brought us right in, did the diagnostics, and fixed the problem right away. very customer oriented! I set an appointment for servicing my Honda to correspond with the appointment I had across the street at a cosmetology school, but at the last minute I set an appointment for servicing my Honda to correspond with the appointment I had across the street at a cosmetology school, but at the last minute when I arrived to drop off my Honda for servicing, I got a call from the school letting me know that they needed to reschedule my appointment. The person at the service desk said they would be happy to reschedule also, which was wonderful. More

Honda of Ames is Fabulous Our 2011 Honda Fit (wonderful car) is on the airbag recall list. Not because 2011 Fits have specifically had any issues, but just as a precaution. Honda of Ames is giving us a loaner until the parts are available. We call that service above and beyond. We will use Honda of Ames for our servicing and purchasing from now on. More
