I can not thank Patrick (Randy) enough for his professionalism and concern for the customer. I walked into the dealership not sure I was going to be able to purchase the vehicle that i had picked professionalism and concern for the customer. I walked into the dealership not sure I was going to be able to purchase the vehicle that i had picked out, and just knew it was for me. Randy went well out of his way to do everything possible to get me into my new car. He stayed well past closing to make sure we could make things work and texted several times to keep in touch with what was going on. When I went to pick up my vehicle that he promised I would have, I went on my lunch hour, there i found more effiency and friendliness from Randy. Randy is an amazing person and is a great asset to your dealership. I will highly reccomend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. First, I will say that I fell in love with the 2008 Ford Taurus at the first place I went.However, their asking price was more than I was able to afford. But!!! Went in for oil change and new tires for 2011 cr-v and was approached by sales staff about qualifying for a new cr-v at same trim level for same payment. After discussing things, test driving, I drove away in my new 2013 model and things could not have gone more smoothly. I was pressed for time, they got everything covered within a couple of hours, including my test drive. This is the second new car I have purchased from this dealer and I have never felt overly pressured and have gotten very fair trade in allowances for my older vehicle. I would recommend them anytime!
