We were pleased with the specific service this visit, but we have had concerns in the past. Eric seemed annoyed when I declined the extended warranty offer and following that seemed a bit terse and just hurried after that. He again seemed annoyed when I asked to continue using my existing license p offer and following that seemed a bit terse and just hurried after that.
