Everyone was friendly even though they were very busy. I was surprised when I picked up my car that I owed money since I’ve purchased the bumper to bumper plan. At first, I was quoted a price that included the oil change. I have purchased a plan with ten included. The man searched the system and found that was true. He took $70 off of the final price. He did not remove the tax. They had installed engine and cabin filters which cost $125 I was not aware that I would have to pay for this since I believed I had bought a plan that would cover maintenance. When I made the original appointment, I would have appreciated this being explained to me. When I dropped off the car, the person who checked me in could have reviewed this with me as well. I am a new Honda owner and did not understand the maintenance minder codes, apparently. In the future, I will ask more direct questions. More
